Multi-brand Help Center feature in Featurebase.

Overview

The multi-brand Help Center feature lets you create separate knowledge bases for different products or brands within a single Featurebase workspace. Each Help Center is fully featured and can be customized independently.

This is useful for:

  • Tailored customer experience – Customize each Help Center with its own branding, domain, and structure.

  • Help Centers with Messenger Brands – Show articles from the correct Help Center inside your Messenger for each brand.

  • Streamlined content management – Add the same article to multiple Help Centers without duplicating it.

Note: This is available only on the Enterprise plan

Linking each brand to the correct Help Center brand in the branding settings.

Once you've created multiple Help Centers, make sure to link each brand to the correct Help Center so your customers see the correct articles when contacting one of your brands:

  1. Make sure you’ve set up brands from Settings → Branding

  2. Link each brand to a specific Help Center

  3. Assign a Messenger style to each brand if needed

The Help Center that’s selected for each brand will be used for the Messenger Help tab and the in-Messenger article search.

Note: Each Messenger style can be linked to only one Help Center. Learn more about managing multiple brands in Featurebase.
