What Featurebase helps you do

Firstly, Featurebase helps you collect and organize all feedback in one place. This can be done with our Feedback Portal, in-app widgets, and surveys.

You can give your customers a voice by collecting their ideas, votes, and engaging in detailed discussions. You can also measure additional user insights like NPS, CSAT, and much more that regular feedback doesn’t show you.

2. Manage & prioritize feedback

Then, you can manage and prioritize this feedback to identify larger trends from the noise, using filters, customer revenue, and prioritization frameworks.

This way, you can find & focus on the most impactful ideas first and avoid building unnecessary features.

Feedback Portal is the center core of Featurebase. It’s where your users can submit feedback, upvote others’ posts, and comment on them. Everything, including the theme, colors, and text, is completely customizable.

The Feedback Portal consists of different feedback boards that you've set up. These can be 💡 Feature Requests, 🐛 Bug Reports, and 🔗 Integrations, for example.

When users submit feedback, our AI automatically assigns it to the right board. This way, everything is neatly organized in one place, ready for you to prioritize.

Depending on whether you have a @Public vs private organization, your Feedback Portal will be public to everyone or private for only your team to see.

Roadmaps

See our live public roadmap

A roadmap is an effective tool for visualizing and communicating your product's progress externally or internally. It completely mirrors the Feedback Portal but provides a better overview of the work that’s been completed and what's ahead.

If you use an issue management tool like Linear or Jira, our integrations can automatically sync your issues and their statuses with the public roadmap. This is a great way to effortlessly show & notify users about the status of their requests.

You can also embed a roadmap into your app or website using different available methods.

Changelogs

See our live changelog

Changelog is a useful tool that lets you publish product updates for your users to see in one place. This keeps everyone updated, shows that you are continuously improving, and increases new feature adoption.

You can subscribe users to the changelog to send them email notifications about the latest releases. To take full advantage of changelogs, bring these updates inside your app, where your users are.

Surveys

Surveys are useful for measuring different aspects that regular customer feedback doesn't show you. Some of our favorite things that you can do with surveys are:

Measure customer satisfaction with NPS, CSAT, etc
Run surveys for different customer segments
Collect extra feedback for more context on specific features
Subscribe interested users to Featurebase posts
And much more.

Users Module

The user's module lets you get an overview of everyone interacting on your feedback board.

When users come to your board and perform an action such as upvoting a post or commenting, they are automatically added to the users’ list. You can then view what posts each user has made, what they have upvoted, etc...

You can also create different user segments based on various rules and then use them to filter through feedback, create targeted changelogs, and more.
