What is a board?
Boards are used for categorizing feedback.
All boards are public by default and visible to anyone on the internet, but you can also make them private so only you and fellow admins can access them.

When someone goes to leave feedback, they get to choose the board they wish to post to. This makes it easy for you to filter between different types of feedback.
Creating new boards
Creating a new board is super simple!
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Feedback board and click the 'New board' button in the top right:
The only required field is the board name. However, it might be useful to add some prefilled text to the board that will act as the default text for anyone creating a new post under this board.
Edit an existing board
To edit an existing board, go to Dashboard → Settings → Feedback board and click 'Edit' on the board you wish to modify.
Then make the necessary changes and press 'Change Board' in the bottom right.
Deleting boards
To delete an existing board, go to Dashboard → Settings → Feedback board and click 'Delete' on the board you wish to delete.
Keep in mind that deleting a board will remove all posts under this board and it is irreversible.
