You can easily create multilingual surveys, which will automatically default to the users’ language based on their browser’s language settings:
Start creating a survey
In the ‘Survey pages’ section, click the language button ‘Editing in English’
Select the desired language
Add translations to the text fields
Repeat this for each language you want to support with this survey
Click ‘Save Survey’
You can always see the active translated survey version on the right-side preview panel.

The translated survey version will automatically only be shown to speakers of the language. If the user’s language is not supported, they’ll automatically see the survey in English.
