Overview
Feedback analytics shows activity and engagement across Requests. Use it to review submission volume, Requester activity, comments, and the Requests that attract attention.
Open Feedback analytics
Open Reports in the dashboard sidebar
Click 'Manage' and choose Legacy analytics, which opens in a new tab, or open the Legacy analytics page directly
Select Requests under Modules if another section is open
Choose a preset period, such as Last 7 days or Last 12 months, or a custom date range
Feedback analytics is a separate surface from Reports. If your sidebar shows Analytics instead of Reports, open it directly and continue from step 3.
Review activity and engagement
The overview shows Requests, Requesters, and Comments for the selected period. Compare periods to see how activity changes after you introduce a collection channel or invite customers to give feedback.
Use the Request tables to explore activity in more detail:
Top Viewed Requests: Requests that received the most views
Top Requests by Requesters: Requests with the most Requester activity
Top Commented Requests: Requests with the most discussion
Requests Created by Source: Where new Requests came from
Tip: Open a Request from a table to read the feedback behind the numbers. A busy discussion can indicate interest, confusion, or a problem that needs clarification.
Use analytics in your feedback review
Review collection sources to understand where customers submit feedback. Then use the Request tables to find active topics for a closer look.
Note: Activity is one signal. It does not measure customer value, implementation effort, or the importance of a Request on its own. Use customer and company data and your team's value and effort scores when deciding what to prioritize.
