You can make all posts made on a certain board default to “author-only” - to be seen only by admins and the author. This can be very useful for sensitive feedback, like bug reports, etc.

Tip: We like to keep our 🐛 Bug Report board author-only by default to restrict the visibility of potentially sensitive information.

P.S. Boards can also be defaulted to ‘company-only’ - meaning posts will be visible to your team and also all members of the author's company.

How to default a board to author-only:

To default a board to author-only:

  1. Go to Settings → Feedback

  2. Click Edit on the desired board

  3. Check 'Default to author-only' checkbox

  4. Click Change Board
