Learn when your Featurebase trial ends, how to extend it, and how to upgrade your account

My trial has ended. What do I do now?
You don't have to worry about your work getting lost! After the trial ends, you'll get a message in the dashboard saying you have to upgrade. All feedback and settings will remain there until payment has been made.
If your trial has ended, you can either:
Upgrade to a paid plan based on the features you use
Switch to the free plan
Extend your trial if you still need more time to try Featurebase out

Extending your trial

To know how many days you have left on the trial or want to extend it:
Go to your Featurebase Dashboard (or at the bottom of our help center)
Click the live chat icon in the bottom right
Click the ‘Ask a question’ button
Ask the Fibi AI Agent how many days you have left on your trial or to extend it
The assistant will let you know how many days you have left in your trial, and if needed, will extend it by 12 days. If you still need more time after extending your trial, ask for human or email support@featurebase.app
Downgrading to a free plan

If you’re not ready to upgrade yet—no worries! You can always stay using Featurebase on a free plan:
Go to Settings → Pricing Plan
Select ‘Downgrade to free’
You can also select ‘Ask for more time’ if you need to try out Featurebase for a bit longer.
