Learn when your Featurebase trial ends, how to extend it, and how to upgrade your account

My trial has ended. What do I do now?

You don't have to worry about your work getting lost! After the trial ends, you'll get a message in the dashboard saying you have to upgrade. All feedback and settings will remain there until payment has been made.

If your trial has ended, you can either:

  1. Upgrade to a paid plan based on the features you use

  2. Switch to the free plan

  3. Extend your trial if you still need more time to try Featurebase out

When does my trial end?

If your trial has not ended yet, you can ask the Featurebase assistant how many days you have left:

  1. Go to your Featurebase Dashboard

  2. Click the question mark icon in the bottom right

  3. Click the Chat with Assistant button

  4. Ask the chat assistant when your trial ends

The assistant will let you know how many days you have left in your trial.


Extending your trial

If you need more time to test Featurebase, you can follow these steps to extend your trial:

  1. Go to your Featurebase Dashboard

  2. Click the question mark icon in the bottom right

  3. Click the Chat with Assistant button

  4. Ask the Featurebase assistant for more trial time

Your trial will be automatically extended by 12 days.
