Creating user segments

To create a new user segment:

  1. Go to DashboardUsers

  2. Click the ‘Segment users’ button on the top right

  3. Select ‘Create new segments

  4. Fill in the name of the segment and select the rules

  5. Hit 'Save' and you're done

You can use custom attributes and operators for endless possibilities for segmenting users, feedback, changelogs, and surveys:

  • Custom attributes: sync and segment users using attributes like location, plan, etc (set up)

  • ANY + ALL matching: decide if all rules in a group must be matched or if just one is enough

  • OR + AND rules: create multiple segment groups and choose whether all or just one needs to be met


Editing user segments

  1. Go to DashboardUsers

  2. Click the ‘Segment users’ button on the top right

  3. Click ‘Create new segments

  4. Select the segment you want to edit

  5. Hit 'Save' after your edits and you're done


Deleting user segments

  1. Go to DashboardUsers

  2. Click the ‘Segment users’ button on the top right

  3. Click ‘Create new segments

  4. Select the segment you want to delete

  5. Click ‘Delete’ on the bottom left corner
