Since Frill doesn’t allow exporting feedback, the only way to migrate your data from Frill is by using their API.

We can use it to do a full import from Frill with all posts, comments, voters, user data, and changelogs with zero data loss.

However, we usually ask users to switch to a paid plan before we do this, as it takes us some time to ensure everything gets imported smoothly. All we need is your Frill API key, which you can find from here.
